We select the finest vanilla pods and import them straight from local farms in Madagascar, where they’ve been grown and harvested in the traditional way.

Batch number: We have a unique batch number, following our products classification. Full traceability.
Storage instructions: Always keep the pods in a dark and dry place, the ideal temperature will be between 15 and 20 degrees. If you keep them vacuumed you should open them within 9 days once received. Once opened, place them in an airtight container or jar, with as little air as possible and check them regularly. Vanilla needs airing, allowing the pods to breathe 30 minutes every month. Re-wrap them after the process. Ideally re-vacuumed them.

Vanilla grading is based on the length, appearance (colour, presence of any splits or blemishes) and moisture content of the pod.
